If the latest scan occurred within the past seven (7) days, your gear is still progressing normally along the logistics chain. However, if there have been absolutely no tracking updates or systemic scans for over a week, please send a quick note to our care team so we can initiate a formal inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

9. Lost or Stolen Merchandise
